رئیس سازمان بسیج اساتید سپس به بیان ضرورت کمک به تعالی آموزش عالی در همه ابعاد از جمله دانش‌افزایی و توانمندسازی اساتید، رفع گره‌های ذهنی دانشجویان، رضایتمندی دانشجویان در خدمات دانشجویی در آمایش سرزمینی و آمایش رشته‌ها پرداخته، و عنوان کرد: باید مدیران دانشگاه را از خود بدانیم و به آنها برای حل مسائل دانشگاه و آموزش عالی کمک کنیم تا آموزش عالی مسیر خود را پیش گرفته و بتواند نیازهای کشور را مرتفع کند.</p>

وی اولویت دیگر بسیج اساتید را کمک به ارتقای نظام حکمرانی عنوان کرده و گفت: اساتید دانشگاه باید به سهم خود در کمک به کارآمدی نظام حکمرانی ایفای نقش کنند.</p>
